On June 24, at approximately 16:05, Russian forces dropped a guided aerial bomb on the city. The munition struck one of the local beaches in the Voznesenivskyi District, where civilians were present at the time.
As a result of the explosion, six people sustained injuries of varying severity, including three children. All of the victims received the necessary medical assistance.
In addition, several parked vehicles nearby were damaged. The building of a food service establishment was also damaged. However, it was not operating at the time of the attack.
