On 31 July, Russian forces carried out a terrorist attack on civilian infrastructure in the city of Haisyn, Vinnytsia region. Following strikes by enemy drones on a Nova Post branch and other civilian enterprises, a large fire broke out.
Eight people were injured in the attacks. Three of them are in intensive care, one of them in critical condition.
Rescue workers, medical personnel, police officers, and other emergency services are working continuously at the scene.
