As a result of the massive nighttime shelling of the city, fourteen residents were injured, including two children. All those affected are currently receiving the necessary medical assistance.
Enemy strikes hit three districts, where damage to residential buildings and a significant part of civilian infrastructure was recorded, in particular a hotel, a funicular railway, and warehouse facilities. In many buildings, windows were shattered by the blast wave.
The area near the port was also damaged. Operational headquarters have been deployed at the impact sites, and all relevant municipal and emergency services are involved in eliminating the consequences of the shelling.
