At around 3:30 p.m., occupiers attacked the Kholodnohirskyi district of the city with a guided aerial bomb, striking the roadway.
A 23-year-old woman was killed in the attack. Twelve other people sustained injuries of varying severity. One of the victims remains in critical condition, and medics are fighting to save her life.
The Russian airstrike caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure, including businesses and enterprises.
Response efforts are ongoing at the impact site.
