Russian forces carry out a massive missile attack on Lviv, Ukraine

On the night of 30 July, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Lviv. As a result of the attack on the city, one person was killed and 36 more people were injured, including three children. The strikes damaged civilian infrastructure facilities.

In total, the strikes damaged 21 residential buildings, one lyceum and one kindergarten. Damage was also reported in one of the communities bordering Lviv. There, the blast wave damaged five private residential houses – windows and roofs were damaged. No casualties were reported.

Relevant services continue working to eliminate the consequences of the attack. The damaged educational institutions are planned to be restored before the beginning of the new academic year.
