Massive missile and drone terror by Russia hit 13 regions of Ukraine

On the night of October 22, a large-scale combined attack using missiles and attack drones was recorded across Ukraine. The occupiers targeted 13 regions of the country.

As a result of the strikes, six people were killed. In Kyiv, the invaders killed two residents of an apartment building. In the Kyiv region, a family was killed by a drone strike — a woman and two children, the youngest being six months old. Additionally, one man was killed in a strike on a civilian enterprise. In Zaporizhzhia, 13 people were injured, including two children.

In total, approximately ten multi-story residential buildings were damaged in Kyiv, along with cars, playgrounds, and a football field. Rescue units evacuated over 50 people from burning buildings. In Zaporizhzhia, 15 multi-story buildings, private houses, and non-residential premises were damaged. Other regions recorded destruction of shops, restaurants, and gas stations.

Regarding critical infrastructure, the occupiers struck 17 energy facilities, leaving approximately 878,000 households without electricity.

Emergency and rescue services continue to address the aftermath of the attacks, extinguish fires, clear debris, and restore utility networks.
