Two killed and more than thirty injured in Russian airstrike on Kharkiv, Ukraine

On October 2, the Russian military carried out three strikes with guided aerial bombs on residential areas in the Slobidskyi and Nemyshlianskyi districts of the city.

The attack killed two women, aged 66 and 80. Another 32 people were injured, including two children – a 10-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl.

Ten of the injured were taken to hospital. One of them, a 48-year-old man, is undergoing surgery.

In total, around 20 residential buildings, an educational institution, office premises, and at least six vehicles were damaged across the city.
