On June 8, at around 16:30, Russian drones attacked a residential district and a public transport stop in the city.
As a result of the strike, two people were killed at the scene, and at least 23 residents were injured. Among the wounded are four children, who are currently receiving all necessary medical care.

The attack damaged residential buildings and civilian vehicles, while several shopping kiosks were completely destroyed. At one of the impact sites, a private house caught fire, but emergency crews have already extinguished it.
At around 19:00, Russian forces launched a second attack on the city, striking a nine-story apartment building and railway infrastructure facilities. During this attack, a 52-year-old man sustained shrapnel injuries and was hospitalized.
Emergency services continue to work at all strike sites, while municipal crews have promptly begun clearing debris and dealing with the aftermath of the attacks.
