A Russian attack drone struck a residential area in the center of Chernihiv, Ukraine

On December 8 at around 3 a.m., an enemy UAV hit the city, damaging an apartment building.

Windows and doors were blown out in several apartments. The external gas pipeline was also damaged, which caused a fire. State Emergency Service specialists promptly extinguished the blaze. Other damage includes nearby institutions and civilian vehicles.

In total, three people were injured, one of whom was hospitalized.

An Invincibility Point has been set up at the site of the strike. All emergency services are working on the scene, providing assistance to those affected. Efforts to eliminate the consequences of the overnight attack are ongoing.
