One of the tragic nights for Ternopil: Russian night attack claims the lives of twenty-six people, Ukraine

On November 19, the occupiers carried out a massive combined strike using missiles and drones against residential neighborhoods of the city.

As a result of the attack, twenty-six people were killed, including three children. Another 92 residents were injured, among them 18 children. The specialists of emergency services have rescued 46 people, including 7 children.

The explosions caused extensive destruction. The worst damage was to two nine-story apartment buildings: one caught fire, while the other suffered structural damage from the third through the ninth floor. Industrial and warehouse facilities were also damaged.

Rescue operations are ongoing at the sites. Emergency workers continue to clear debris and search for people. All local emergency services, as well as specialists from Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Lviv, and Kyiv regions, have been involved in eliminating the consequences of the Russian terrorist attack.
