Morning in Kherson begins with a Russian combined attack, Ukraine

On the morning of June 5, the Russian army struck the central part of Kherson with four guided aerial bombs (KABs). Following the airstrike, the invaders began shelling the city center with tanks and artillery. Shortly after, they started directing FPV drones to the site of the attack.

This is not the first time the enemy has used such tactics to terrorize Kherson’s residents.

According to preliminary reports, three civilians were injured. Medical teams are providing all necessary assistance to the victims.

Three educational institutions, a medical facility, administrative buildings, and at least five apartment buildings were damaged – one of which had an entire entrance destroyed. Several cars were also smashed.

All emergency services in the city are currently operating in an intensified mode. Rescue operations are ongoing.

Update:

At around 15:30, the occupiers once again struck the city center with guided aerial bombs (KABs). As a result of the attack, the building of the Kherson Regional State Administration was completely destroyed. Several apartment buildings were also damaged. No residents were injured.
