Kyiv faced one of the most massive nighttime attacks by Russians, Ukraine

Explosions rocked the capital nearly all night from May 23 to 24, as the Russian military launched ballistic missiles and kamikaze drones.

Numerous damage were recorded in the Holosiivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Dniprovskyi, Solomianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Obolonskyi districts of Kyiv.

According to early reports, at least 15 people were injured. They sustained injuries of varying severity – medics are currently providing all necessary treatment.

As a result of the strikes, residential buildings, an educational institution, a shopping-entertainment center, a boiler house, and at least 8 vehicles were damaged. Fires broke out in several districts, but were promptly localized by firefighters.

All emergency services are operating in intensified mode. An operational headquarters has been deployed; rescue, investigative and restoration efforts are ongoing at the scene.
