The Russians launched a massive attack with strike drones on the city of Lozova, Ukraine

On the night of August 5, the occupiers used more than thirty “Shahed-type” drones to strike the city.

As a result of the shelling, direct hits on civilian infrastructure were recorded. The railway station, traction substation, and locomotive depot were damaged and partially destroyed, as well as residential buildings and an energy facility.

Currently, two people are reported dead and at least ten injured, including children. Four of the injured have been hospitalized by medical personnel.

Emergency services are working on site, and operational headquarters have been established to coordinate the elimination of the shelling’s consequences. Operations are being carried out to clear the debris and identify any individuals who may be trapped underneath.

Power supply in the city of Lozova has already been restored. Restoration work continues in other settlements of the community.
