Russians killed a married couple in the Bilohorodka community, Ukraine

On the night of January 28, the Kyiv region came under another attack by Russian occupiers. The Bilohorodka community was struck by enemy drones.

As a result of a strike on one of the apartment buildings, two civilians – a man and a woman- were killed. Rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine managed to carry their four-year-old daughter out of the burning apartment; the child’s life is not in danger.

The roof and an apartment on the top floor caught fire. The blaze has been extinguished by emergency services. According to preliminary information, about 50 apartments sustained varying degrees of damage, ranging from shattered windows to complete destruction.

Four people received medical assistance, including two children.

A warming point was set up to assist those affected, and building materials from the regional reserve were delivered to quickly secure damaged windows. Emergency responders, police, medical personnel, and Red Cross representatives continue to work at the scene.
