Russian terrorists launched three cruise missiles on Kharkiv, Ukraine

The attack occurred in the early morning of April 18. The Osnovianskyi district of the city was targeted — around 5:00 a.m., the occupiers carried out a missile strike on the area. According to preliminary information, the enemy used three Iskander-type cruise missiles.

One of the missiles hit a residential district. Windows and doors in 14 multi- apartment buildings were damaged, as well as at least 25 cars. Another missile struck a civilian enterprise, causing a large-scale fire.

As a result of the attacks, a 78-year-old man was killed. Another 87 people were injured. Among the wounded are six children aged between 3 and 17. Sixteen residents were hospitalized, including two children. Three victims are in severe condition, and doctors are fighting for their lives.

Rescue operations at the sites have already been completed. Efforts are currently underway to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack, and city services are working to restore the damaged infrastructure.
