Russian occupiers attacked a residential neighborhood in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine

On January 28 at around 04:40, Russian forces struck residential buildings in the city of Zaporizhzhia.

As a result of the attack, at least 14 multi-storey apartment buildings were damaged. Windows and doors were blown out, and balconies were destroyed. Some buildings experienced disruptions to the electricity supply. Nearly 20 vehicles were also damaged in the courtyards of the residential area.

Six local residents required medical assistance. One person was hospitalized.

Municipal services are working at the scene, boarding up damaged windows with OSB panels. Efforts to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack are ongoing.
