On July 31, around 2:00 PM, the occupiers struck the city center – a shell hit a five-story residential building, half of which was destroyed.
The attack killed three people. Ten more residents sustained injuries of varying severity. Four of the injured with moderate wounds and one person with severe injuries were hospitalized.
In total, at least 30 residential buildings and 13 vehicles were damaged.
