On the afternoon of December 24, Russian forces launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. The strike destroyed a section of a multi-story residential building from the first to the fourth floors.
As a result of the attack, a 43-year-old man was killed, and 17 other people were injured, including two girls aged 14 and 16. Twelve of the injured were hospitalized. Three of them remain in critical condition.
The search and rescue operation has now been completed. In addition to the multi-story building, four other residential buildings were damaged. Nine shops, three dining establishments, and more than 20 vehicles were also affected.
