On the morning of April 13, the enemy struck the city center with two ballistic missiles.
According to preliminary information, 31 people have been confirmed dead, including 2 children. Also, over 80 citizens were wounded, including 10 children. The number of casualties is being clarified.
Residential and non-residential buildings in the city were damaged. All emergency services are working at the scene. A rescue operation is currently ongoing.
