On the night of May 2, the occupiers once again attacked the city with kamikaze drones. Three districts of Zaporizhzhia – Shevchenkivskyi, Oleksandrivskyi, and Komunarskyi – came under fire.
As a result of the strikes, at least 31 people were injured to varying degrees, with 7 of them currently hospitalized under medical supervision.
The occupiers damaged 39 apartment buildings and 24 private houses. Non-residential buildings and educational institutions were also affected. One of the dormitories in the Shevchenkivskyi district suffered the most destruction.
Emergency services and utility workers continue to eliminate the consequences of the strikes. In the apartment buildings, they are dismantling destroyed structures, removing debris, and conducting emergency repairs.
