Lviv shaken by Russian nighttime attack, Ukraine

On the night of August 21, Russian forces carried out a combined strike on Lviv. The city was attacked with kamikaze drones and missiles.

As a result of the attack, one person was killed. Three other residents were injured to varying degrees: one man is in serious condition and is in surgery, a 38-year-old woman and another man are in moderate condition. Doctors are providing all necessary medical care to the victims.

The attack also damaged 26 residential buildings, a kindergarten, and the administrative buildings of an enterprise and the judicial administration. Fires broke out but were promptly extinguished.

Rescuers and all emergency services continue to work tirelessly at the sites of the strikes.
