On January 8 at 15.45, the enemy cynically attacked one of the city’s largest industrial enterprises when workers were leaving after their shifts.
As a result of a Russian terrorist attack, 13 people have been killed and over 80 injured. Among the victims is a 13-year-old girl whose life doctors are fighting for.
Strikes with KABs also damaged four administrative buildings, 27 cars and a tram.
Doctors are providing all the necessary assistance to the victims who have sought care at medical facilities in the regional centre.
The rescue operation is ongoing. All operational services are involved, including the State Emergency Service, the National Police, paramedics and ambulance workers.
