On the night of October 30, Russian forces carried out a large-scale combined attack on the Vinnytsia region, including the city of Ladyzhyn in Haisynskyi district. The strike involved drones and cruise missiles, with around 90 drones and 23 cruise missiles detected in the region’s airspace.
The attack damaged critical infrastructure and caused significant destruction to civilian facilities. In total, 23 residential buildings were affected, with one suffering critical damage.
Five people were injured, including a seven-year-old girl. Two adults were hospitalized in moderate condition, while two others sustained minor injuries and declined hospitalization after receiving first aid.
The seven-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital in extremely critical condition. Despite medical efforts, she tragically died from her injuries.
Emergency response operations are ongoing at the strike sites, involving units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and the Security Service of Ukraine. Efforts include firefighting, clearing debris, and documenting the extent of the damage.
