Russians continue to terrorise Kharkiv: another missile attack on the Ukrainian city

Today, on 1 September, the occupiers launched a massive missile attack on the city of Kharkiv, targeting civilian infrastructure.

Around 13:00, the enemy fired at least 10 missiles at the city. According to preliminary information, Iskander ballistic missiles were used.

The shelling injured at least 41 people, including five minors. Two adults and two children are in serious condition. Additionally, two medical workers were also injured, one of whom is in serious condition. Fortunately, there is no information about any fatalities at this time.

The missiles hit civilian infrastructure, including the Kharkiv Sports Palace, a shopping center in the Saltivskyi district, and areas near Hydropark in the Kyivskyi district.

‘The enemy is ruthlessly terrorizing the civilian population, deliberately targeting our civilian sites, crowded areas on weekends, and Kharkiv residents’ favourite places. That is, the goal remains the same: to kill our civilians,’ said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

In addition to Kharkiv, the enemy struck the Chuhuiv district. There are also wounded there.
