Russians killed an elderly couple in Odesa during a nighttime attack, Ukraine

On the night of April 24, Russian forces launched attack drones targeting residential areas of the city.

Enemy drones struck several buildings —a pair of two-story houses and one three-story residential building. A non-residential structure was also damaged.

The nighttime attack resulted in the tragic deaths of two people. An elderly couple, both aged 75, were killed in their own home. Fifteen other residents were injured, eight of whom were hospitalized and are receiving necessary medical care.

Emergency and municipal services have been working at the impact sites since the night. Specialists are eliminating the consequences of the strikes, clearing debris, and securing damaged windows.
