On the morning of March 24, the occupiers struck the central district of Kherson. As a result of the strikes, at least two private houses and a garage were destroyed, and homes throughout the residential area sustained significant damage.
The body of a deceased man was recovered from under the rubble of one of the destroyed houses. Two civilians were also injured. A 64-year-old woman with a concussion, blast injuries, and a traumatic brain injury was hospitalized in moderate condition. A 65-year-old man received the necessary medical assistance at the scene.
In addition, a healthcare facility in Stepanivka was damaged by the strikes. Windows in the hospital were shattered, and the facade was damaged. There were no injuries among medical staff or patients.
Emergency services are continuing to deal with the aftermath of the shelling.
