Russian aviation struck Zaporizhzhia: five people killed, Ukraine

On the evening of 20 November, the occupiers carried out an airstrike on the city. As a result of the attack, five people were killed and another ten residents sustained injuries of varying severity, including a 17-year-old child.

The city’s residential infrastructure suffered serious damage. Destruction was recorded in at least five apartment buildings. Commercial pavilions, shops, and other civilian facilities were destroyed. A fire broke out at one of the impact sites.

Units of the State Emergency Service extinguished the fire and continue to work together with other emergency services to eliminate the consequences of the strike.
