On the morning of November 4, the occupiers attacked civilian infrastructure in the Kharkiv district using strike drones. The Rohanska community came under attack.
As a result of the strikes, the energy infrastructure that supplied heating to local residents was damaged. Several private houses also suffered significant destruction.
In the Dokuchaievske area, three local residents were injured. All victims are receiving qualified medical assistance.
Rescue workers, medics, and other emergency personnel are working on the scene. Search and rescue operations and debris clearance are ongoing.
