On September 9, the occupiers carried out an airstrike on the village of Yarova in the Donetsk region. According to preliminary reports, the explosion occurred while local residents were receiving their pension payments.
As of 12:30 p.m., at least 21 people have been confirmed dead, and more than two dozen others sustained injuries of varying severity.
All local emergency service units are working at the site of the strike. Rescue operations are underway, and assistance is being provided to the victims.
