On the night of April 1, the occupiers launched an attack on the central part of the village. The enemy hit the settlement with artillery eight times.
As a result of the strikes, private houses, a bakery, a cultural center, a post office, and part of the local clinic building were damaged.
Cost intensive medical equipment was destroyed in the hospital, along with windows, and the main entrance to the facility was damaged.
There were no injuries among local residents.
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, arrived at the scene to assess the extent of the damage. All emergency services are working to address the aftermath of the Russian attack.
