On September 21, at 23:00, Russians fired three KABs at the city of Kharkiv. The FAB-250 hit a residential high-rise building in the Shevchenkivskyi district.
The building was heavily damaged. Eighteen people were injured, including three children: an 8-year-old and two 17-year-olds. Two people are in severe condition, three are in minor condition, and the rest are in moderate condition. Most of the victims have an acute stress reaction.
About 60 people have been evacuated from the building so far. The evacuation of residents from the affected building is ongoing. Four cars were burning near the high-rise building, and another 21 vehicles were damaged. Emergency services are working at the scene.
In addition, at 23:25, the shells hit the village of Verbivka in Izium district. As a result of the attack, two private houses caught fire. There was no information provided about casualties.
